SEASON 17 - STARTING MONDAY!

We are so excited to start Season 17 on Monday, Sept. 12!! Here are some great things Capella offers:

No experience? No Problem!

We have an excellent program for youth wanting to start dancing in their teen years. No, it's never too late! We have Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary and Hip Hop for teenagers with NO experience!! It's a great opportunity to give it a shot, because you just never know!

We also have a fabulous line up of classes on Saturdays, for all of us with very busy weekday schedules. Saturdays are a great option for a relaxed dance day!

ADULT HIP HOP CLASSES

We have an amazing Adult Hip Hop Program for adults/moms/dads that have NEVER danced and want to give it a go!

ALUMNI HIP HOP CLASS

For dancers and former dancers 18-25. A Hip Hop class just for you, to compete and perform with!

KINDER DANCE CLASSES

Starting as little as 3 years old! Yes, they can dance and it's the cutest thing EVER!

REGISTRATION:

We are open TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY from 5:00-8:00pm this week for registration! It's not too late!

We truly believe Everyone deserves a chance to dance!

SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!

No reason to go and get lazy now dancers! There is lots going on at Capella over the summer months! If you are thinking about trying a different dance style next season, here is your chance to test the waters before registering for the whole year! Pick the session that works for you and get registered! Classes begin July 11!

CAPELLA'S 16TH ANNUAL YEAR END SHOWS

YEAR END SHOWS PART 1 - MAY 27 & PART 2 - MAY 28

Our Year End Shows are held at Abbey Arts Centre, 2329 Crescent Way, Abbotsford.

Tickets will be on sale at the door if there are any left. The doors open at 6:00pm for our Part 1 and 2 shows. These shows begin at 6:30pm and are General Seating with no reservations prior. (please note our teachers will have areas reserved for their family members) There is not a bad seat in the house! Tickets are currently available at the studio during class hours.

All dancers are to arrive by 6:00pm and go straight to the green room and sign in. Frozen performers can arrive by 5:30 if they wish. Dancers can then go in the theatre if they have a Dancer Ticket or can stay backstage and get ready. Yes, all dancers may watch the show if they have a Dancer Ticket. Any dancers watching will need to be back into the green room 5 dances before they perform, ready in costume with hair and makeup done.

YEAR END SHOWS SUNDAY MATINEE - MAY 29

(please note our teachers will have areas reserved for their family members) There is not a bad seat in the house! Tickets are currently available at the studio during class hours.

All dancers are to arrive by 1:30pm and go straight to the green room to be signed in by a parent or guardian. ALL dancers in our Sunday Matinee will need to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian at the green room. There is no need for parents to stay in the green room with the dancers once they are ready. They will be well looked after and we don‘t want you to miss the show! Yes, all dancers may watch the show if they have a Dancer Ticket. Any dancers watching will need to be back into the green room 5 dances before they perform, ready in costume with hair and makeup done.

NEW STUDIO GRAND OPENING!

We are so very excited to be slaving away on a beautiful new studio space for our kids and families! It's been our labour of love all summer. Unfortunately it won't be 100% ready as we hoped... but we are so excited to kick off season 16 in the 8500 sqft of amazing dance space! Oh, the memories we will make! Please join us for a grand tour of our new almost ready location on SEPTEMBER 12! We would love for our dancers to be familiar with the space before they begin the year :) Hope to see you there to celebrate with us!
